Structural 3D modelling and engineering of this LGS structure partially supported by hot rolled steel frame with timber trussed rafters forming the roof. The scheme was awarded the title of Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development at the Grand Final of the LABC Building Excellence Awards. The 4-storey building provides 85 self-contained apartments, the development features a restaurant and hair and beauty salon which are open to the wider community.
