Adept has been appointed by Citu to develop a timber frame system that would be utilised at this ambitious project the client is developing along a river Aire.
The scheme sits within Climate Innovation District, which is a mixed development of unique houses and apartments in Leeds. The project will deliver more than 300 dwellings, comprising of three to four-storey terraced houses and multistorey apartment blocks.
